Conditional Shortcode not working anymore

    Hi,

    I can’t say exactly when it happened but the conditional translation stopped working on all the website.

    It was working when I first started implementing it on different pages using Gutenberg to build them (with divi builder it never worked).

    is there is some compatibility test to run may I ask some direction on how to run it, thanks

    Hello there,

    Thank you for letting us know about this!

    Here are the steps you need to follow for a conflict test:

    ​​*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty One theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    So I found out the conflict was on the caching for which I use the Sitegroud Optimizer Plugin. Urls were already manually excluded from caching but still, the problem occurred.

    Only disabling the Memcached option it would work properly.

    Problem solved, thanks for the heads up 🙂
