Conditional Tagging Not Working

    Hey Guys,

    I am trying to apply some conditional tags via radio buttons. Basically there are a series of Yes or No questions and I only want the tag to be applied when they Yes is selected.

    Right now when I test the form ALL the tags are getting applied regardless of which radio button is selected.

    Any input would be much appreciated!
