    I need to have conditional text based on a tag inside the double opt-in email. Is there a workaround for this? For example, making a function with shortcode – if that can be parsed in the email body, I’m not sure… ?

    There must be a way to do this. I know I’m not the only one who needs this feature.

    Hope you are doing great today!

    Currently, the double opt-in email does not directly support conditional content or logic based on tags out of the box. The double opt-in emails primarily use FluentCRM’s email placeholder system (for example, {{contact.first_name}}{{contact.email}}, etc.), but dynamic content based on tags is not natively supported.

    We are taking it as a feature request and will forward to our R&D team for further consideration. We cannot share any ETA right now.
