Conditionial Fields causing form to not Submit

If I have between 1 and 10 conditional fields the form will submit but if I have 11 or more the form will not submit.

This link here has 10 conditional fields, https://massageluxe.com/applications-2/ and it submits and this form has 23 and it does not submit, https://massageluxe.com/application.

We didn’t have an issue with the forms submitting up until Monday/Tuesday of this week. Nothing has changed either.

If you have any ideas on what would be causing this, that would be great!
