I am assisting a customer, who has paid good money for this tool, only to find it doesn’t work as expected (Logged a call – 64377, on his behalf – still no response after 2 days, get that it is December).

Creating elements is easy, and works as described in the documentation.
BUT – as time goes on, elements stop working, have created 2 drop down elements, which if 1 is selected the second should display, followed by a few Range Button/Slider selections. The Drop downs no longer display in Preview or Live. The sliders and other elements are there(regardless of any Conditional Setup).

Conditional Setup, the aim is to have an element selected in the first drop down list, if 1 is selected then another drop own elements and appropriate sliders are to be made visible. When you try and setup the first condition, or any other condition, you select your condition (any), then Select your Value, and then your action, when you select action the Value automatically reverts back to Select you Value, then select the required Value again, and save the condition. Open up the condition link and the Value is back to Select your Value.

Have had this tool for 2 days, at 1 point the Conditions worked, somewhat, you could only select the First Value on the list of Values, save it and reopen to what you selected, works. When you open the live form, the conditions don’t work, all the elements are displayed when nothing is selected from the elements, as required by setup in the conditions.
Setting up multiple conditional options between elements, save after every condition link is created, will eventually delete all your elements from the calculator you setup. Tried setting up 1 condition per Element added, tried multiple conditions on 1 conditional connection, same result every time.
Have trawled through this support community and found many people experiencing the same challenges, have tried all the work arounds and fixes you suggest, to no avail.
Have tried disabling, removing and renaming the plugins (both Free and the Pro), and then re-install all over again with versions downloaded from your website, didn’t help at all, made things worse. Tried “Troubleshooting Mode”, nothing!

Our system is on the latest version of WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.

This plugin has great potential, and promise if it would work, would solve a lot of challenges and offer fantastic options.
Please can you help, don’t want to have to ask for my customers money back!

  • Hello,
    Thanks for reaching us here!

The scenario might happen in the following cases:
    1. When you install the caching/minifying/optimizing plugins that affect our JavaScript files in the backend. Please deactivate them or exclude bundle.js and bundle.css files from minifying and render-blocking if you decide to use those kinds of plugins
    2. When you did not follow the rules while creating calculator elements and use the conditional links for those elements. Please be kindly informed that the calculator elements with option values (radio button, checkbox, dropdown, toggle button) should be set with different values and cannot be empty
If you are having trouble getting things working, we will offer you to submit requests as a ticket to our SUPPORT PLATFORM as a premium user through this link

    Hi

    Thanks for responding.

1.) We had excluded the entire folder from any minification and render blocking in WP Fastest Cache, as this was a recommendation to others in this forum and others, which has not helped, we have disabling WP Fastest Cache, and found that we need to remove any previously created Conditions, and re-add them to get the functionality working, thank you for the guidance.
2.) Thank you, saw that these values were being added to the final calculation which was not required, and found through the Total Elements you could exclude these. Have added values, and conditions are working.

New Problem now, some of the elements are being removed automatically, after Condition changes are saved, when you try and add them back, save the element, it is displayed, save the calculator, it is removed.

So there is a limitation to the amount of conditions you can add, when you get to 5 conditions, elements start getting removed.
Have tried variations to come to this conclusion, created a template complete with the elements I require, with elements that require amounts added, and keep duplicating this template to test Conditions, when I get to the 5th condition element, my calculator template copy automatically gets adjusted and elements get removed.

SO THIS THREAD IS ACTUALLY NOT RESOLVED!!!

Beware how you spend your money with this Plugin.

    Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us!
    Thanks for reporting the problem!
Stylemix really appreciates the time and effort you have spent to share your experience and it seems very insightful. As it was mentioned in your other request, the hotfix will be sent to you as soon as the development team will find a solution for the conditional system.
    Sorry for the late response.

    Best regards
