Conectivity problem

Hi, I have recently started testing the plugin to check if it is interesting to buy it or it works correctly and I have installed it in a multisite wordpres, although I only use it in one of the wordpress, despite the fact that everything works well, I am having problems with connectivity, that if I test it between servers it works well, but with this plugin sometimes it does not connect me correctly despite having a username and password correctly entered, so I have to go several times until it is accepted, it also happens with the synchronization and especially for new users is a problem that they have to try to access multiple times until the plugin accepts the connection, is there any solution to that connectivity problem that the plugin has?
