    I am taking over supporting my website since my developer flaked out on me. I’m trying to set up basic stuff with my Booking System Pro.

    If a potential customer books on my site, how do I set up notifications/confirmations for me, and notifications for the customer?

    I want to get an email, and also get a text. I want my customer to get an email saying that confirmation is pending. Can I do this easily?

    Hello,

    Email notifications are sent by default.
    If can add text in the email template to let users now that the confirmation is pending.

    Where do they get sent? I don’t know where this is configured.

    I’m new to this plugin and I’m new to WordPress. I’m probably asking really simple questions that I could get answers from reading the documentation. I don’t know where the documentation is.

    If you have the last version, go to the calendar -> email notifications section -> set the email address for the admin.

    In the contact form, there is already an email address field for the user to fill.

    Here you can find documentation for the new settings.
