Hi everyone, I no longer have access to the WPForms setup (configuration in french) tab, but everything else is working. Do you have any idea what the problem is and how to fix it? Thanks

    Hi @cyberbel,

Thanks for reaching out about this! I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing trouble with the setup tab in the form builder.

Most of the time, this specific issue happens when there are HTML tags that weren’t closed properly within your form labels or descriptions. For example, if you added a bold tag like “<b>text” but forgot to add the closing “</b>” tag. This can lead to odd behavior like being unable to click on certain tabs or delete fields.

I recommend checking any fields where you’ve added custom formatting to ensure every opening tag has a matching closing tag.

If the issue continues after checking your tags, please share your form with me so I can try to reproduce the problem and provide more details. You can do this by exporting your form.

You can find the exact steps for this in our guide here: Importing and Exporting Forms.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need further assistance. I’m here to help!
