I am having the hardest time with just setting up this plugin. I have been completing many different purchases trying to test to see if it will reward an affiliate account that I set up.

We bought the Memberpress integration plugin and I also downloaded the Woocommerce integration as well. Neither of these are showing up in the affiliate’s commissions after a purchase is made when using their affiliate link.

I have searching through this forum and went through all of your documentation and haven’t been able to figure it out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the log for our account. It’s saying that all of the purchases are a success and awarding affiliate with the ID= 1… however when I go to the commission, earnings, payouts, etc. tab it doesn’t show anything

    Hi,

Do the purchases have a price tag? The reason why I am asking is because the plugin can’t reward commission if the sale amount is zero. You also need to click on an affiliate link and make the purchase in order for the commission to be tracked. Please make sure to keep the debug option enabled in the affiliates manager settings so you can the check the progress of an affiliate sale.

    Kind regards

Yes, all of the purchases that I tested out do have a price tag.
I did click the affiliate link and navigated to the store to then purchase several different items. The debug option is enabled and I sent the log in the first reply of this post.

Hi, I just want to clear a few things.

In regards to the WooCommerce integration, are you talking about this plugin? If you are this plugin is for recurring payments.

In regards to Memberpress integration plugin, that is not related to us. Is this a WooCommerce plugin?

    Regards

No. The two integration plugins that I’m referring to are on your site:
    Memberpress: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/?s=memberpress
Woocommerce: please open this screen shot of the integration: https://i.imgsafe.org/17/17035c7abe.png

Do the two above integrations only work with a paid version of WP Affiliate Manager? B/c Affiliates Manager is just the free version, correct?

    Hi,

Do the two above integrations only work with a paid version of WP Affiliate Manager?

There is no paid version of the plugin. Please read below.

There is no difference in the functionality. You can purchase the premium version if you need technical support (where one of our support staff will login to your site to troubleshoot an issue related to the affiliates manager plugin).

B/c Affiliates Manager is just the free version, correct?

    Yes

Can you please explain the Memberpress and Woocommerce integration that I linked in my previous reply? I’m extremely confused.

This is the free version of WP Affiliate Manager… it says so on the site and the support page for this plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/affiliates-manager/) links to: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/

I don’t understand why nothing is working for this plugin

@affmngr, The affiliate links were not used correctly. Changing it to the proper format fixed the issue.
