Hello! Congratulations to the great and wonderful developers of this excellent package. I’ve been using it for 2 years, and occasionally I need to add an extra option based on the product attribute: ‘size’ (medium). I created the extra option, applied it to the SIZE attribute, and added ‘medium’. But when I go to the product, which is a variable product, it shows me the extra option I created. It should only be displayed when the ‘medium’ attribute is selected. Let me explain: I have a product called Supreme Pizza. I created the ‘stuffed crust’ extra option, which varies in value based on the pizza size. Therefore, when I select the medium size, it should display the extra option with the assigned value, but it doesn’t. It even shows this extra option to all products that have a size attribute and that include ‘medium’ among the options. In short, it’s being applied as if I had configured it for the entire category. I hope I made myself clear, thank you.

    Hi @vallesierra7 ,

For your information, though you can add extra options based on product attributes, the options will be attached to the main parent variable product, not the variations. It’s because the options are defined by the attributes, not the terms (size is the attribute, medium is the term for that attribute).

It’s impossible to do as you prefer, unfortunately.

    Best regards.

So if the product has an attribute (size) and this attribute contains a term (medium size), the extra option will be displayed even if that term has not been selected, for example, is it displayed even if the term “Large size” has been selected?

Could you give me some insight on the following:
How to handle the “stuffed crust” extras? These vary in value depending on the pizza size.

Each product is created based on the pizza flavor, with the customer selecting the pizza size (as a variation).
