Configuration errors

I’m having trouble translating some strings in the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin.
The problem is that even though I translate the strings, the translation does not appear on the frontend (specific: I have no active cache).
I’m afraid the problem is due to incorrect configuration of the translation files. In fact, in the backend I see these warnings:
