I read your topic and I really appreciate the effort you had to create a great plugin.
I understand that the error is not from the plugin, but as my server is in the same configuration as the required requirements, I cannot see the cause of the problem that prevents me from using your plugin.
In the google drive link, I left two images, the error and the server configuration.
Could you just signal me what it might be for me to talk to the server administrator?

I was in contact with the server for more than 2 hours. All the requirements required by the plugin have been met, but the error message previously reported remains. I clicked the button to convert the images, and the process is working (image).
As the number of images on my site is huge because it is ecommerce, I believe that the process will take time. I will give you a return here as soon as the process is completed.
