    Hi!

    We’ve been using your plugin for some months now on our website, and it has been great! However, since a few days it stopped working properly. The confirm button stopped working. This applies to the button on the website itself, to confirm the booking (the ‘send’ button), but also to the WordPress Dashboard. When I try to block a time using the plugin settings and click the ‘Block selected times’ button, nothing happens.

    Is there something we can do to make the plugin work again? Thanks!

    Hi,

    I’ve just checked the booking form at the referred page and seems to be working fine. Are you still getting the problem from your side? If yes, please indicate the browser/device you are using when you get the problem and a screenshot of the browser console log after clicking the submit button (browser log opens with CTRL+SHIFT+i in most browsers).

    Hi,

    Thank you for your fast reply! I see the test booking you placed was successful, I also got an email notification.

    However, if I try to do the same it doesn’t work. Here’s the console log file: VIEW. Here I tried to block a date and time in the WordPress Dashboard.

    I also recorded a log when trying to place a booking on the webpage itself: VIEW.

    I’m using Firefox v87.0 on Windows 10.

    Hi,

    Are you logged in the dashboard (in the same browser window) when you test the public booking form? If yes, please test the public booking form without being logged in the dashboard to compare the result, this may point to a conflict with some script of the dashboard.

    Please check that and let me know any comments.

    I tested it when logged out, and it still didn’t work. However, I’m using AdGuard and I believe AdGuard prevented the plugin from working correctly. After I disabled AdGuard, the booking form was working fine!
