    Hi,
    I’ll say thank you for this helpful plugin, then I want to know is there any way to Confirm/Cancel the reservation by email? I mean no need to log-in on wordpress back-end to confirm bookings. some way to send an email and auto change the Status of booking from pending to Confirmed/Cancel.

    Hi farzam,

    I apologize for the delay in responding. Somehow this support request slipped by unnoticed.

    No, there’s no way to confirm or reject bookings unless you’re logged in. If you’re using a device for your in-house staff (iPad, laptop, phone), I’d recommend you set up a staff account on your site and assign them the Booking Manager role.

    Then they can stay logged in on the device to manage bookings, but won’t be able to access other parts of your site.
