Hi,
Is there a way to customize the confirm-subscription-email.php template outside of the plugin folder. Like in the theme ?

We are implementing such feature at the moment. It should be released in the next plugin version.

We’ve released v. 4.3 and now it is possible to replace the template file by using filters. Please check the examples in the FAQ section: https://github.com/mailjet/wordpress-mailjet-plugin-apiv3#frequently-asked-questions
