    Hi Guys,

Do not know what happened, but the update to 1.3.2 did not solve the issue about the confirmation e-mail.
Even worse, the whole request proces for data annomisation doesn’t work anymore.

    I’ve done the next steps:
    – opened data request page
    – Entered email and clicked send
    – New request for data annomization does not display a confirmation that the request is send (in version 1.3.1 it did)
    – Tried once again with a new send
    – System replies with: You already requested data
    – Opened Admin page in request page displays request but with no option to manage

No updates or new plugins installed. Only change is update to 1.3.2.

Hope you can help me (and others) with this issue

    kind regards
    Cees

I have the same problem with 1.3.2.
If i click on the “Send” Button, nothing happens.
On the second click i get the error message, that the datas are requested a second time.
    But get no email 🙁

Same here. Just activated the feature and the requests show up on the requests page, but no E-mails have been sent.

We found a bug today in the way we checked for Multisite installations. Please update to v1.3.3 and you’ll find the request form working again (as was the case in v1.3.1)

    Apologies for the inconvenience!

E-Mail delivery now works correctly, but if the user clicks the link in the mail, the target page shows an error message…

I am getting the following message now:
Something went wrong while saving the request. Please try again.

In my case the complete process works perfect now!
But I had to clean-up the database first by using WPOptimize.

    good job, thanks!

Optimize does not help in my case.

I installed it in 4 different sites and I get the same error in all of them.

I finally did understand the reason for this. It occurs, when the browser which is used to view the data differs from the browser used to request the data.

Please update to the latest version. This should fix the issues you all mentioned.

    Bonjour

    Merci
