    Unfortunately we did not understand your question/issue. Could you please rephrase?

    In case you are logging in from a trusted device, you do not have to confirm your identity, hence you receive no message from us because it is not required.

    TToday again installed the plugin.
    Now, it was installed in a normal production environment.
    The email that informed not receive your email for confirmation.
    Is there any way to solve the problem?
