    Hello,
    I just found out that the profile builder is not sending confirmation email after new user registration. Resend confirmation email is not working as well. I tried Yahoo and gmail and both did not work.
    How can I fix this problem.

    I also found that contact form 7 plug-in is not working as well. I got this message when I tested the form : There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    An update:
    I had Mail poet3 plugin which was not working well. After I removed “Mail poet 3” plugin, I was able to resend the confirmation email. I also received a confirmation email after a new user registration attempt.
    The problem now is that the activation link provided in the email directs me to the login page and the account cannot be activated.
    How can I fix this?

    Hello M,

    I have tested it. The problem is likely caused by the fact that you have set your email confirmation landing page to “blog”, but “blog” is being redirected to login.

    Please don’t redirect users away from the landing page. If you do so, the email can not be confirmed.
