Confirmation email

Hi, is there a way for me to see the confirmation email sent to the customer? Ive made an HTML email, thats also includes an invoice with payment information etc. Law in my country demands to keep a copy of all invoices sent the past five years, and I there need accecs to the email sent to that specific customer.

When i look in the outbook from the email put in under “from” in general settings –> email notification, its all empty.

Are confirmation emails sent from your server and redirected by my email address to the customer or how does this work, and how could i potentially see the emails sent to the customer?
