I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with email delivery.
Could you please share the below details so I can suggest you with a solution based on those info?
- The “e-mail message from your provider that the confirmation e-mail could not be delivered”
- The EML file. For this, you can add it to a service like Google Drive or WeTransfer, and share the link.

Thanks for sharing the files.
From the “ForwardedMessage.eml” file, it looks like you are using PHPMailer.
Looking at the “Returned Mail Kontakt von der Homepage – ‘Strato Mail’ – 2024-08-28 0851.eml” message, it looks like the message was flagged as SPAM by the server policy.
As different ISPs and email service providers use different factors as metrics to filter spam or block emails, some email addresses may receive the notification email, while some do not. The best way that we know to improve email deliverability would be to use an SMTP plugin to configure the website to send authenticated emails.
When you get the chance, could you give one of these SMTP options listed in here a shot and let me know if you have any questions?
