confirmation email never sent

    I’ve created a petition and selected the email confirmation option but it’s not working anymore(it worked for the first 2 days).
    No one is receiving the confirmation email so they can’t confirm email address.
    Is there any way to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    I tried to sign and as you say, the email wasn’t sent.

    I notice that you have modified the plugin somewhat so that the fields pop up. Or is it that you have the widget installed on the page?

    it should be the widget.
    it’s strange because sometimes it works and others doesn’t.

    I actually ended up receiving it at least a week after I signed – can’t find it as I don’t remember the email address I used 😛

    The delay suggests a mail server issue to me.

    Aha…there it is, I signed on about November 23rd and I received the confirmation email on the 30th.

    I can’t help with something like that :o(
