In the Pro version, you can use templating to insert variables into these options: E-Mail Subject, Notification Subject, and Text Confirmation.

I don’t think you read my response that carefully.
Hello Matthew,
I bought the Pro version and it´s just a great plugin. Everything works like a charm, but i´ve got a question:
Is it possible to make the footer text of the confirmation email accept html code? Or are we stuck with only plain text? (i tried simple html code <> <<p>> and nothing works).
