How are you testing this? Are you using a different email address when you submit the form as a respondent? You might run into issues if the send a receive email address are the same.

Hi,
I have been testing by sending to another of my email addresses and I receive the notification of submission in my inbox but never receive the confirmation email at the address which I used to register.
I have also tested with other email addresses of colleagues and they have not received confirmation emails either.

Troubleshooting email issues is a bit of a guessing game — to help us speed up the process, would you export your form, and share it with us at support(at)thethemefoundry(dot)com? We’ll import it on our setups and take a look under the hood.
To export your form:
1. Head over to HappyForms → Settings.
2. In the Import and Export section, select Export a form (.xml).
3. Click Download Export File.
Finally, attach the export file to your email message.
