Usually it can be a spam filter problem on your provider side. Try to change the confirmation message removing the word subscription.
I’ve deleted the text and replaced it. Also, nothing going into my spam filter.
I tried registering with Yahoo and Gmail addresses, but the confirmation email is not sent. It’s not in the spam too. I have translated the text into Macedonian.
But, when I click on resend confirmation in the options, I got the message instantly.
What could I be missing?

For this one and your’s: it maybe that the server you are using doesn’t send email correctly. If you are using GMail then consider this plugin.

Once it’s setup it will pass your installation’s email to GMail and you should get the delivery without any issues. It can be tricky to setup but once it is configured your email problems may go away.
