  • You shouldn’t have created a new thread for this.

Well no ideas when I can’t see it for my own eyes and try to do something about it. And in that case, I would refer to FAQ of this plugin, which say – if it doesn’t do what you thought it would – simply don’t use it.

Wow I thought this was for support. Perhaps with that attitude I will go elsewhere!

    It is a support forum,

you’re not even showing me the website where the error occured, and there is now way for me to test this situation other then on your server. Like I’ve helped many other people in other threads that did show me where the error occurs on their website, and I’ve gladly helped.

Saying there’s a blank page, and waiting for me to somehow fix it, without knowing a problem, seeing your installation when none of my installations or none of other people have experienced this is madness.

Now, perhaps you’ll go elsewhere? Perhaps you should, you’re not buying any of my services for free by downloading my plugin, I think you should realise that many people on these support forums do these plugins just for fun, or just to help people in their free time. Nowehere it says – you’ve programmed a plugin, you have to satisfy every single person that downloads it freely and magically fix whatever is wrong with their server without even seeing it.

So yeah, in a bit and enjoy your evening.

    And just by the way,

    is this your website: http://charlyanderson.co.uk/?

Because if it is, you’re using ultimate-coming-soon-page plugin, which blocks all query vars and on any call to the website displays the coming soon page. So it cannont even display my confirmation page – it’s being blocked.

    Regards,
    Mart
