Confirmation messages not displaying

    Our form submission confirmations are not displaying. The user only receives the spinning circle, which then reverts to the filled out form they just completed. The result is multiple submissions that we receive by email, but the user never receives confirmation.

    The confirmation message is set up correctly and used to work.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I located this form on your site, but I was unable to submit it due to a “WPForms AJAX submit error.” This comes from a 500 Internal Server Error with the admin-ajax.php file after attempting to submit the form. Here’s a screenshot for reference.

    There are two possible causes for this issue:

    1) A conflict with another plugin, custom code, or your theme.
    Please try the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if that helps resolve the issue.

    2) An issue related to your server settings.
    If the issue isn’t caused by a conflict, I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and sharing these details with their support team. They should be able to assist you in resolving this problem.
