Confirmation page error

    We have installed the free version on our site with plans to buy the full version if I can get it working. I have everything working except the payment confirmation page. It lands on the correct page: https://protectorwater.com/payment-confirmation/ but only displays:

    “An error occurred, but your charge may have went through. Please contact the site admin.”

    I have gone through your support and saw the part about caching. I purged all cache in WP And cleared my browsers cache. I also have turned caching off (OFF: level 0)

    Notes:
    – We are using Godaddy shared hosting.
    – I am seeing the payments (test payments) in my stripe account.
    – I have tried using Edge, Chrome and FF.
    – The Shortcode [simpay_payment_receipt] does exist on the payment confirmation page.
    – Using Genesis template/framework

    What else can I try?

    You may need to contact godaddy to see if they need to exclude the confirmation page from a server side cache.
