Glad you reached out. When a donor completes a donation on your site, they are automatically directed to a Donation Confirmation page that shows the donor they were successful, and includes basic receipt information. This is baked right into GiveWP, and you can give it a look by running a test donation on your site.
If you have email receipts enabled, you donor will get both the Donation Confirmation page upon completion of a donation as well as that emailed receipt. That email provides your donor with a record of their donation that they can reference in the future. You can choose to disable this, but we find it is helpful for donors to have this record.
