Confirmation without payment

Hi,

I use your plugin to handle online takeaway orders for a restaurant website.

The thing is I don’t want there to be any online payments. The client is supposed to pay at the restaurant when he goes take his order.

Is there any way I can pass the verification for the selection of a payment option and the payement itself and directly go to confirmation?
