    Hi Steven! I am having a new conflict with the js scripts that Connections is using after they are minified. I’m using the Autoptimize plugin. If I deactivate Autoptimize, then the directory works as it should. This is a new issue we’re having with our church directory which has been in use (using both plugins) for several years now without issue. Could you tell me the .js scripts that Connections uses on the page where the shortcode is added? I’d like to exclude them and see if that restores things.

    Could you give more details on what the conflict is and the effect the conflict is having? And, if you can, share a link to the directory page?

    Hi Steven,
    The directory is private. The new problem is when a user logs in (if they have been granted the proper permission level), they click on the Directory page link and normally it would take them to the directory. Now, instead, it simply loops so that they need to login again. Re my original post, I am actually having the problems even when all of my cache and minimization plugins have been disabled. I’ll continue disabling other plugins to see if the issue corrects itself. Very strange

    Hard to say. My best guess is the login is processed via an ajax request and something is preventing or failing that request.
