Sorry, we didn’t write that theme (or any theme). They use our framework. It’s best to check with your theme dev. I am sure it’s probably a permissions error.
Hi
Thanks. I, unfortunately, sit in the middle 🙁
This is what my theme dev have to say:
All my demos are running the latest version of the Redux Framework and it is required for the theme to operate properly as it controls all the options throughout, I, unfortunately, don’t have any control over the code and releases they put out but from my demos, local installs, and over 5000 others I haven’t heard of any issues, so its definitely isolated to your install. The developers are going to immediately turn around and blame the theme just to bypass the support question but something is up, maybe a server setting?
@johanhorak I am sorry, contact your host? It’s bad form that they’re unwilling to assist.
My guess is you uploaded redux via their theme, and not the Plugins interface.
What I would do is this:
1. Disable all of their theme/plugins (switch to something else)
2. Uninstall Redux
3. Go to plugins and install redux via the WordPress interface
4. Activate Redux via the built in demo mode that will appear on the plugin interface.
If it’s working, then activate their themes/plugins again.
If it breaks it’s their code. 😛
Thanks. Really appreciate. I’ll report back.
Did. No change. Hope theme dev will come to the party.
