Conflict with Admin Columns plugin

    Hi, I have found that when I install and activate the Admin Columns plugin, then go to edit a page or post, I am shown the ‘Critical Error’ message.

    The conflict is resolved if I disable Page Builder by SiteOrigin (Version 2.18.2)

    Is there a known conflict between this and ‘Admin Columns’?

    If possible, enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG in your WordPress wp-config.php file. If you can perhaps let us know the error details, I can log an issue for further investigation.

    When trying to access a Page Edit these lines turn up in the debug.log:

    I suppose the first entry Fatal Error looks like an issue, but php is st to 256MB Memory Limit

    Hi Simon

    Thanks for the error log.

    You can perhaps try a quick baseline test. Does the issue occur with only Page Builder and Admin Columns activated? If you can find a working baseline you might be able to reactivate your plugins one by one to find out when the memory issue occurs.

    Andrew I really want to thank you for being so responsive. It is resolved now.

    I de-activated a number of un-needed plugins. I’m not sure which it was, but the site is old and has had many plugins added over the years.
