    Hi.

    Your plugin is conflicting with another plugin (audio player) on my site and I’m getting an error message saying the block encountered an error and can’t be previewed on the backend but it shows up on the front end. The audio plugin support looked into it on my end and said it’s a JavaScript conflict with your plugin and it shows this error:

    {“code”:”block_cannot_read”,”message”:”Sorry, you are not allowed to read blocks of this post.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    I’d appreciate your help resolving this. Thank you.

    Hey @emestrife,

    Thank you for reporting it. We have identified the issue and it will be fixed in the next version.

    For now, you can navigate to Settings > Otter, and disable CSS Module and things should start working properly.

    Thanks for your response, Hardeep.
    Since installing the plugin, I haven’t been able to enable any of the settings, so they’re already disabled on the backend even though it seems to work. When I try to enable the settings, I get an error message ‘Cookie check failed’.

    @emestrife Any of the settings on Otter plugin from the Dashboard?

    (@emestrife)

    Yes, any of the settings. They all remain greyed out. I’ve tried them all but get the same error each time.

    Just for a quick check, can you try to logout of WordPress and login again, in case some cookies are causing these issues?

    Just logged out and logged back in but still get the error.
