conflict with Awesome Support plugin

    So, I posted on here a while ago that I was having issues with downloading files – getting a 500 error. I was CONVINCED it was my move of our site to a different folder, not a plugin conflict. However, turns out it IS a plugin conflict – Awesome Support is preventing Memphis Documents from allowing downloads. Any idea if there is a workaround for conflicts like this?

    I’d have to install the plugin myself and see what the exact problem is.
