    I have recently downloaded the ConvertKit plugin and activated it. Afterwards I received the following message in my dashboard: “ConvertKit: Member Content: Please add ck_subscriber_id to Litespeed Cache’s “Do Not Cache Cookies” setting by clicking here. Failing to do so will result in errors.”

    I can’t find the requested setting in the plugin.

    I already sent in a report with the number: HYMPXXFU

  • Goto Lightspeed -> Cache -> Excludes.

    Put ck_subscriber_id into the text box at “Do Not Cache Cookies”

    I tried that but under ‘Excludes’ I only have the fields:

    • Do Not Cache URIs
    • Do Not Cache Query Strings
    • Do Not Cache Categories
    • Do Not Cache Tags
