Conflict with Crocoblock plugin

    Hello Jetpack team, I just got a conflict that caused a critical error on my Woocommerce Order page. Once I activate the Crocoblock JetEngine or JetFormBuilder plugin with the activated Jetpack plugin, the critical error will be shown on the Woocommerce Order page. I only able to use the Order page if deactivate Crocoblock or Jetpack plugin. Please advice.

    Hello, there.

    Other plugins or any other non Jetpack-related items are definitely outside the scope of our support since we only develop the Jetpack plugin itself, not WordPress at large. The best options for help on that would be Crocoblock support or to hire a developer / designer.

    That being said, it’s best to reach out to your webhost first to have them check their logs to see exactly what is causing these critical errors. Once you have a copy of those, Crocoblock support is definitely going to be the next best place to reach out to with those errors. Here is their support center to help get you started:
