Conflict with custom post type ui plugin

Hello this is just great plugin but i guess its conflicting with Custom Post Type UI plugin as now for editor role i hide the menu created by Custom Post Type UI when i login with editor role it doesn’t shows in the menu as desired, that ok but if i copy the url from admin and paste it just shows instead of showing access denied message. please point me to some solution so that i can solve this.
