Conflict with custom sidebars plugin

I have custom sidebar plugin in a local server Versión 2.1.0.0
I have also the plugin google Analyticator Versión 6.4.8 and there is a conflict.

On front end all the sidebars works ok but in admin panel if google Analyticator is active the panel do not show ok.
If Analyticator is not active there is not problem on admin panel section widget and all works ok.

Is there a possible solution to use both plugins
