Conflict with Duo Plugin

I recently upgraded my site to 2FA using the Duo plugin. Initially the DUO plugin did not seem to work correctly. Everytime I tried to login I was redirected to the blog home page. However, once I disabled the Maintenance and Maintenance Pro plugin the Duo 2 factor plugin started working correctly. After initial login you would then be presented a Duo 2FA prompt screen.
