The solution is to ask for help from Formidable Pro support or TaxoPress Pro support.

I understand, but with Formidable support I’ve already been checking this for a week and they told me to turn here, Taxopress is not the Pro, that’s why I’m here. How can we do that?
Hi @walterbmw. We’re not allowed to support Pro plugins here, and it looks like Formidable won’t help.
In that case, your best bet is TaxoPress Pro support: https://taxopress.com. We are able to help in these situations.
