@brian,
I don’t use Gravity Forms myself and I am not aware of any recent issues. About a year ago that was a reported issue:
http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-subscribe2-emails-not-sending-again?replies=27
In this thread it seemed that Gravity Forms was not fully creating the meta keys needed by Subscribe2. I’m not sure if that is still happening, but it might be worth investigating in PHPMyAdmin.
I just tried updating to ver 9.1 and the problems have gotten worse instead of better. The two plugins use to play very nice together until about a month ago and now they seem to want to tear the other one down. I am working with the techs at gravity forms, but also wanted to touch base with you again and see if you might have any other insights. The functionality of Subscribe2 does not seem to be affected, but the forms side of things is a disaster.
@brian,
Subscribe2 just hooks into the core WordPress functions when a new users is created. I don’t recall making any changes to that part of the code in 9.1 (I presume you are using Subscribe2 HTML because I haven’t pushed the release of the free version of 9.1 as yet).
Actually I grabbed a copy of the 9.1plugin from the developer link. I am going to start installing older versions until I find one that works hopefully.
@brian,
Ah, right okay. That makes sense. Let me know if an older version works and I can compare them to see why it might be that case.
Ok… So went through and deactivated all my plugins and started adding them back one by one and I think the true problem maker here was USer Registration Aide. Your latest release seems to be working fine now. Sorry for the confusion..
@brian,
No problem. I please it wasn’t an issue with Subscribe2 😉 Thanks for letting me know.
