    Dear @lfedele,

Please accept my apologies for your inconvenience.

The WooCommerce sales often call PUT requests. Can you please disable PUT request prevention by unticking the checkbox Block PUT method on Admin Dashboard > WP Security > Firewall > 6G Firewall rules (tab) > 6G block request methods (section), save settings and then try again?

    We hope it helps you.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I tried replicate the issue in my local it seems issue due to “Enable legacy 5G Firewall Protection” rules is on. This 5G rules are in .htaccess file which seems making problem.

Can you please backup first your .htaccess file and remove this two line from
    # 5G:[QUERY STRINGS] sections and let me know if that solved your issue.

    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (\"|%22).*(<|>|%3) [NC,OR]

    RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (\;|'|\"|%22).*(union|select|insert|drop|update|md5|benchmark|or|and|if) [NC,OR]

    Hi @hjogiupdraftplus,
thanks for your help. I ticked back the checkbox previously mentioned by @pmbaldha and removed the two lines you suggested; now it looks to work properly.

I will take a deeper look to the whole website and let you know if everything’s ok now.

How do you suggest to manage this for the future?

    Hi @ifedele

We have just released the AIOS 5.0.7 version plugin. Please updated the AIOS plugin to AIOS 5.0.7 version, go to Admin Dashboard > WP Security > Firewall > 6G Blacklist Firewall Rules (tab), untick the checkbox “Enable legacy 5G Firewall Protection” and save settings.

    Thanks

    Hi @pmbaldha,
I took a little time before coming back to detect any inconsistencies between the WooCommerce orders and the tracked ones. Now I can confirm that all the orders were correctly tracked after the changes you suggested.

Thank you so much for your kind help.
