Conflict with Menu Items Visibility Control plugin

Hi there,

I’m implementing this plugin on our site today and noticed that when Max Mega Menu and Menu Items Visibility Control and both active the nav dropdowns don’t display nor are they output in the DOM. I’d love to use both plugins simultaneously!
