appears on screen when disqus loads. I am using autoptimise and clouflare. Don’t want to not minimise html.

If I turn off optimise html in autoptimize the line goes away but it add .5 secs onto my page load…any way to hide the line?

Ok. So you might be using shortcode in wrong way. Can you copy check the code you are using? Do not add any <pre> tag with shortcode.
You don’t actually have to use shortcode in posts. Just enable comments on posts. Disqus will take over the comment system.

No. <pre> tag should not be there. I think he copy pasted the shortcode from somewhere. So the pre tag added by mistake.
