conflict with Multiple content blocks

I would like to combine your plugn with “Multiple content blocks” (cause is the layout). Some Problems: I think both plugins use the same output class. In the normal WP editor I have the page builder content and in yours other content. WP renders the content in your editor in both placeholders.

Does it overwrite the_content in any way?
