Conflict with Plugin

I tried several portfolio plugins and this one was by far my favorite, very nice job on it. Had a question I was hoping someone could help with. I’m using a theme along with the “advanced ajax page loader” plugin, as I want my pages to load this way. The plugin works when I go to the “portfolio” page and refresh the page, but when I switch from another page, say the “contact” page back to the “portfolio” page via the ajax loader plugin, the portfolio stops working. I’m sure this is a conflict between the plugins. Any idea how to make them work nicely together?
