• Hi, I just installed the free version with plans to upgrade to the pro version. The caching function is interfering with a Mobile Menu plugin, on the mobile side only. As soon as I clear the cache, the menu is visible and operable. Within 2 or 3 minutes, it disappears. I tried entering the plugin name in the Exclude User Agents section, but no change. Can you please give me an idea of how to fix this.
    Thank you.

can you tell me the url please?

    Hi Emre,
    The URL is https://momentofperception.com
The only page you may be able to see what the mobile menu looks like is on the checkout page. At least as of this morning, it’s still showing on that page, but none of the others. You’ll have to add an item to the cart to access the checkout page. Please let me know if you want me to turn the caching off so you can see the difference.
    Thank you

Sorry, I’m working on the site, so I’ve turned the cache off temporarily. If you need me to turn it on, just let me know.
    Thanks

can you disable the “combine css” option and clear all cache with minified sources please?

    Sorry Emre, that didn’t work.

What’s interesting is that it seems to work on the Woocommerce pages, but not the WordPress pages.

are you talking about this menu? it works for mw.

No, that is the desktop menu. I just turned the caching off so you can see the mobile menu. It has magenta lettering and white hamburgers on either side.

can you disable all the checkboxes except the “Cache System” option and clear all cache please?

    Hi Emre,
Sorry it took so long to get back to you. It’s definitely the cache, which takes quite a while to disable the menu. When preload and other caching options are enabled, it speeds that process up. Is there any way you can not cache that plugin ?
    Thanks for all your help.
    Best,

it means that your site is not compatible with the cache plugins.

Is it the site, or just that one plugin ?

with the plugin. I wanted to mean that you get the same problem with the other cache plugins as well.

Ok Emre, thank you so much for all your help. I’ll try and find another mobile menu that’s hopefully compatible. One other question on the Pro version. I have a redirect plugin that loads a different homepage for the mobile site. They recommend disabling the mobile cache for certain phones –

” In the settings you will need to disable caching for the following User Agents: iPhone, iPod, Android, BB10, BlackBerry, webOS, IEMobile/7.0, IEMobile/9.0, IEMobile/10.0, MSIE 10.0, iPad, PlayBook, Xoom , P160U, SCH-I800, Nexus 7, Touch ”

Is this something the Pro Version will do ?

    Thank you again.

no, the premium version does not help you.
