Really the best plugin to create forms, but there is one problem: custom styling doesn’t work with any plugin that removes query strings from static resources (I’ve tried several of them, like “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources Like CSS & JS Files”, “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources”, “Zendy Speed: Query Strings” etc. but the problem is always the same, when they are deactivated everything works fine. It’s a pity that it’s impossible to use any of those plugins if you want to customize your form, because their function is quite useful. I don’t know whether you can resolve this or if it depends only on those plugins’ code, but I think you should know that such problem exists and users may think that your plugin doesn’t work correctly.

And yes, I’ve tried fixing it by replacing [formidable id=x] with [formidable id=x minimize=1] as is suggested in your knowledgebase. It didn’t work.

    Thanks!

When query strings are removed, your browser will keep the older settings cached. You’ll need to clear your browser cache in order to see the styling settings on your form.

If you still have questions about this, can you please log in and open a help desk ticket?

Of course I’ve cleared the cache before checking, it didn’t help at all 🙂

    Thanks for your fast reply.
