Conflict with TablePress in Multisite

Hello-

I am experiencing a problem where only super admins on a multisite network are able to save changes to TablePress objects. PublishPress Revisions was network-enabled. Once I disabled it, TablePress worked fine again.

A similar issue came up about 4 months ago:
