Conflict with theme

I have been using Subscribe2 on some of my clients websites that use Suffusion with no problems and love the plugin. I was designing a more customized site for a client and wanted to use the plugin, but when I install and activate it I can not see the options for the plugin on the dashboard menu. Any ideas what might be causing this? The site is located here:
